We observed that the webpage also said " This system tracks clients and housing units from their entry into the Healthy Homes projects all the way through their exit and follow-up, capturing each aspect of the case and data management process and providing outputs to document the work of the project." It also stated " It includes forms for healthy homes visual assessment, client intake forms, resident questionnaires, family action plan and intervention. Alameda County Healthy Homes Department."
